We know that acceleration due to gravity(g) is inversely proportional to the square of radius of earth.Means, that where radius of the earth will less, the value of 'g' will be more.Radius of earth is minimum at the poles. So the value of g is maximum at poles.

As,we know that Antarctica can be regarded as the pole of earth.Hence, the value of g is greatest at Antarctica(9.83m/s²)

Hence,correct option is d)Antarctica.
