For the given reaction:

2SO₂ + O₂ ---->2SO₃

Kp can be calculated as:

 Kp=\frac{[PSO_{3}^{2}]}{[PSO_{2}^{2}]\times [PO_{2}]}

As given:

[PSO₃]=[PSO₂]

So,

 5=\frac{[1}{[O_{2}]}

 [PO_{2}]=\frac{[1}{[5]}

 [PO_{2}]=\frac{[1}{[5]}

 [PO_{2}]=0.2

So, partial pressure of oxygen will be 0.2 atm.

0.2 atm will be the partial pressure of O₂.
