Given: p(x)=(x-1)(x-1)

we have to find p(x) at x=1 that is p(1)=?

put x=1 in p(x), we get:

p(x)=(x-1)(x-1)

p(1)=(1-1)(1-1)

p(1)=(0)(0)

p(1)=0.
