For three year we can use ratio 3:3:1
In this method first we find 5% of 150000 that is 7500
Again 5 % of 7500 = 375
And again 5%of 375 = 18.75 now

Use ratio
(3*7500) + (3* 375) + (1* 18.75 )
22500+1125 + 18.75 = 23643.75 so total value is 150000+ 23643.75 = 173643.75 rs ans
