molecular mass =2×Vapour density
so molecular mass =2×8 = 16 g.m
16 gm of gas occupy 22.4 ltr at S.T.P
24 g.m will occupy =( 22.4/16)×24=33.6 ltr

we know ,
molecular weight =2 x vapour density
so,
molecular wt of X = 2 x 8 = 16 gm
mole = given wt /molecular wt
= 24/16 = 3/2 = 1.5
1 mole of volume of gas at STP = 22.4 L
so, 1.5 mole of given gas volume =22.4 x 1.5 = 33.6 L
hence ,
33.6 L volume of gas
molecular weight =2 x vapour density
so,
molecular wt of X = 2 x 8 = 16 gm
mole = given wt /molecular wt
= 24/16 = 3/2 = 1.5
1 mole of volume of gas at STP = 22.4 L
so, 1.5 mole of given gas volume =22.4 x 1.5 = 33.6 L
hence ,
33.6 L volume of gas
