Hey Dear,

◆ Answer -

Tb' = 101.064 ℃

● Explaination -

Relative lowering of vapor pressure is given by -

∆p/p° = X2

(p-p°)/p° = W2.M1 / M2.W1

(p-p°)/p° = m.M1

(760-732)/760 = m × 18/1000

m = (28×1000)/(760×18)

m = 2.047 m

Elevation in boiling point is calculated by -

∆Tb = Kb.m

∆Tb = 0.52 × 2.047

∆Tb = 1.064 ℃

Boiling point of solution will be -

∆Tb = Tb' - Tb

Tb' = Tb + ∆Tb

Tb' = 100 + 1.064

Tb' = 101.064 ℃

Hence, boiling point of solution is 101.064 ℃.

Hope this helped you..
