The variation of velocity of a particle moving along a straight line in a certain

time interval is shown below. What is the distance travel during acceleration?

S = area under graph = 35 m
from B onwards velocity is constant
so S after B is 3x10 = 30... before b find the area of tat small triangle = 0.5x10x1=5 Thus S = 5m + 30m= 35m this must be new technique for u but in v vs t graph, displacement=area under graph
