The vector sum of two vectors of

magnitudes 10 units and 15 units can never

be a 3 unit because  we add vectors then 10+15=25

i.e. max vector addition is 25

if they are anti parallel

then their summation will be

15-10=5

so minimum can be 5

hence vector must be in between 5 and 25

hence 3 cannot be the summation of these two vector
