hepatic vein has maximum urea concentration because it is connected to liver and liver converts NH3 into urea.

Hello!!!

It's the hepatic vein. It is the vein coming out from liver and then joins the inferior vena cava. Since liver produces urea, the largest amount is found in hepatic vein.
