the velocities of car a bike and train are in the ratio 5:3:8, if a person travels equal distances by a car, a bike and a train then what would be the ratio of the respective times taken to cover that distance​

Let the speed of two trains be 7x and 8x km/hr.

Then, 8x={400}=100

⇒x={100}=12.5

∴ Speed of first train = (7 x 12.5) km/hr = 87.5 km/hr.
