The velocity of a moving particle depends upon
time t as v=at + b/t+c. Then dimensional
formula for b is-
(1) [M° Lºtº] (2) [M° L' Tº]
(3) [M° L'T'] (4) [M°L'T^-2]

Crystall91: i didn't get the formula clearly. can you be more clear
Dante54: ya sure
Dante54: V= at + b/t+c
Dante54: v = velocity
Dante54: T= time
Crystall91: the denominator is alone t or t+c?
Dante54: t + c
Dante54: a,b,c are constant
Crystall91: okay wait
Dante54: thank u

LHS of this equation is velocity so right hand side dimensions will be of velocity.

so b/t will have the dimension of velocity.

now b/t---m/s

= b = sec*m/sec

b = m

dimensions of b= [M0L1T0]

option (2). will be the answer.
