The velocity of a particle moving with constant acceleration at an instant t_(0) is 10m//s After 5 seconds of that instant the velocity of the particle is 20m/s. The velocity at 3 second before t_(0) is:-

Let u be initial velocity

a be acceleration

v be final velocity

and t be time

By equation of motion,

v=u+at

put v=20m/s

u=10m/s

and t=5s

20=10+5a

10=5a

a=2m/s2

now again use the same equation v=u+at

put u=10

a=2

and t=3

You will get ans

v=u+at

v=10+(2)3

v=10+6

v=16
