Given,

de-broglie wavelength

= 1×10²nanometer

= 10^-5 centimeter .

we have,

de-broglie wavelength= h/(m × v)

=> 10^-5 = (6.62×10^-34)/{(9.1×10^-31) v}

=> v = (6.62×10^-34)/{(9.1×10^-31)(10^-5)}

=> v = 7.2 × 10^5 centimeter/second .

So, Correct answer is (B) .

Hope it's helpful to you.
