The velocity of an object of mass 100kg is increased from 5m/s to 8m/s in 6s, find out the amount of force acting on it?​

Explanation:

acceleration = v-u/t

=8-5/6

=3/6

=1/2

mass =100kg

force =m×a

×1/2

= 50N

Given that :--

u = 5 m/s , v = 8m/s , t = 6s , m = 100kg

From second law of motion :-

F = m a

= m ( v - u)/t

= 100 (8 - 5)/ 6

= 50 N
