u=20km/h

v=60 km/h

t=4hrs

s=?

a= v-u/t

=60-20/4

=40/4

=10m/s^2

s= ut+1/2at^2

= 20×4 +1/2 × 10×4^2

=80+1/2×160

=80+80

=160km....ANS

Answer:

160 km

Explanation:

Initail velocity of train = 20 km /h

Final velocity of train = 60 km/h

Time = 4 hr

from here we can find acceleration of train by using the equation v = u + at.

we get acceleration = 10 km/hr^2

Now,

using the equation s = ut + 1/2 at^2

we get the value of distance travelled = 160 km
