The velocity-time graph of a ball moving on the surface of floor is shown in the figure. Calculate the force acting on the ball, if mass of the ball is 100 g. Kindly give a clear answer only

Mass = 100g = 0.1kg

u=0

v=80m/s

Acceleration = (v-u)/t

=(80-0)/4

=80/4

= 20m/s²

Force = Mass×Acceleration

0.1×20

2N

Hence, force acting on the ball is 2N.
