Answer:

500

Step-by-step explanation:

we know F=ma

and acceleration =20-0/4=5

so force=5×100=500

Answer:

velocity time graph is a straight line means it has constant acceleration. From graph it is clear that velocity of ball when

time = 0, velocity = 0

time = 1 s, velocity = 5 mps

time = 2 s, velocity = 10 mps

time = 3 s, velocity = 15 mps

time = 4 s, velocity = 20 mps

thus acceleration throughout the time is constant and is equal ti 20/4 = 5 mps^2 ( we could have used 15/3 or 10/2 or so)

now

acceleration of ball = 5 mps^2

mass of ball = 100 g = 0.1 kg

Force = mass x acceleration

= 0.1 x 5

= 0.5 N
