Hey dear here is your answer....
We have, v = at + b/(t + c)
Here, c is added by t , therefore, c = [T]
Again at = LT–1
Therefore, a= [LT–1]/T = LT–2
And [b]/[T] = [LT–1]
Therefore, [b] = [L]
