Given that,

Find the slope of BC, where B(-1, 2) & C(6, -6)

Let,

⟹x1 =  - 1  \\ ⟹y1 = 2 \\ ⟹x2 = 6 \\ ⟹y2 =  -  6

Formula of slope is

slope \:  =  \frac{(y2 - y1)}{(x2 - x1)}

Substitute the values

⟹ \frac{ (- 6 - 2)}{(6 - ( - 1))}  \\  \\ ⟹ \frac{ - 8}{6 + 1}  \\  \\ ⟹ \frac{ - 8}{7}

Slope of BC is -8/7
