of water in A is four times that in B. The ratio of the liquid thrust at the base of A to that at the

So we have F base A = pgh x area --- (equation 1)

And for B it would be F base B = pgh x area --- (equation 2)

So from equation 1 and 2 we can conclude this:

F base A/ F base B = 1/1

F base A : F base B = 1:1
