Relics means the object of ancient time that has survived till now...in easy words we can say it as artefacts or fossils.

Invisible relics can be understood as the thoughts of ancestorial time...and visible relics as the tradition of ancestorial time.

These relics can be seen in the present also which we call as heritage.

We show curiosity to know the history of our heritage...When we come to know about our ancestors and past events we get to know about our identity.

Therefore, heritage can link us with our origin, our identity.

Therefore, it becomes necessary to preserve our heritage so that the future generations can also know about their identities.

Applied history does the work of preserving and conserving our heritage and making it available to people through the museums, heritage sites, etc.

This can create good employment opportunities also.

HOPE THE ANSWER HELPS U.
