Answer:

PV= nRT

we want to find volume at stp

Therefore T=273k,p=1atm,n=2,R=8.314

V= n×R×T /P

V= 2×8.314×273/1

V=4539.44 ml.

Number of moles of Hydrogen (H₂) = given weight/molecular weight = 4/2 = 2

We know 1 mole of any gas at STP occupies 22.4 litres of volume

So, 2 moles of a gas occupies 44.8 litres of volume

Therefore, 4g of H₂ gas at STP occupies 44.8 litres of volume.

Hope it helps!!
