The volume of 500 g sealed packet is 350 cm3.Will the packet float or skin in water if the density of water is lg cmr3?What will be the mass of the water displaced by this packet?

it will sink as it's density is 10/7. 350g of water is displaced as volume of water displaced is 350cm^3

HEY MATE!!

VOLUME :- 350 cm^3

DENSITY OF WATER :- 1g/cm^3

MASS :- 500g

 density \:  = \frac{mass \: }{volume}

 =  \frac{500}{350}

= 1.42g

the packet will sink because the density of object is greater than density of water.

MASS OF WATER DISPLACED

= 350cm^3 × 1g/cm^3

= 350g
