The volume of a certain mass of a gas was found to be 800cc when the pressure was 760mm of Mercury. If the pressure increases by 50% calculate the new volume of the gas given that temperature is constant. ​

P 1 =760mm

v1 =850ml

V 2=75100×850=75×8510

P 2 =?

P 1 V 1 =P 2 V2

∴760×850=P ×75×8510

∴760×10×1075=P2

P2 =1013.33mm
