Step-by-step explanation:

volume of a cylinder =πr^2h = 490πcm^2

r^2= 49 sq cm

r=7cm

total surface area = lateral surface area+ 2*area of the base

lateral surface area of cylinder = 2πrh

= 2*22/7*7*10 =440sq cm

area of the base = πr^2

= 22/7*49

= 154sqcm

total surface area = 440sqcm+308sq cm(2*154)

total surface area = 748 sq. cm
