Answer:

let, r= 9x & h=14x

πr²h=π(9x)²(14x)=π*1134*x³=96228

x³=(96228×7)/(22×1134)=27=3³

x=3

so, radius=9*3=27 & height=14*3= 42

total surface area=

2πrh+2πr²=2π(27*42+27²)= 11710.28 cm²

Answer:

In the given cylinder; r:h=9:14

If radius(r)=9x vm

height (h)=14 x cm

Given:

Volume=96228 cm³

x³=96228*7/22*9*9*14

x³=27

x=3

Now

Radius(r) =9x cm

=9*3cm

=42 cm

Height(h)=14x cm

=14*3cm

=42 cm

total \: surface \: area

Curved surface are+2* area of cross-section

=2πrh+2πr²

= 2π(h+r)= 2*22/7(42+27)cm³

=11710.3 cm²

Area of cross-section = πr²

Perimeter (circumference) of cross-section =2π r

Curved surface area = 2πrh

Total surface area= 2πrh+2(πr²)

=2πr(h+r)

Volume = πr²h
