Let the height of the wooden blackboard be 'h'.

We know that,

Volume of cuboid = l×b×h

Volume = 1440 cm³

Length = 36 m

Breadth = 8 m

Substituting all the values in the equation,

1440 = 36×8×h

h = 1440/ 288

h = 5 m

Therefore height of the blackboard is 5 m.
