Answer:

let breadth=4x

height=3x

lenght=25

volume of a cuboid = l×b×h

1200=25×3x×4x

1200=300x^2

1200/300=x^2

4=x^2

2=x

therefore, breadth=4×2=8m

height=3×2=6m

lateral surface area of cuboid=2h(l+b)

2×6(25+8)

12×33

396m^2

Answer:

Given, volume of cuboid =1200m2

length =25m

ratio of breadth and height =4:3

let breadth =4x

and height =3x

A. T. Q,

volume \: of \: cuboid \:  = 1200

l \times b \times h = 1200

25 \times 4x \times 3x = 1200

12 {x}^{2}  = 1200 \div 25

12 {x}^{2}  = 48

 {x}^{2}  = 4 \\ x = 2

Hence, breadth =4x=4*2=8m

height = 3x=3*2=6m

lateral surface area =2(l+b)*h

 = 2(25 + 8) \times 6

 = 2 \times 33 \times 6

 = 396 {m}^{2}
