Solution :

For finding the Curved Surface Area of the Cylinder we need Radius also . So firstly we will find the Radius of the Cylinder after that we will use the formula of Curved Surface Area of Cylinder . For finding the Radius of the Cylinder we will use the formula of Volume of Cylinder as in the Question Volume is given.

Finding the Radius of the Cylinder :

  • Volume = π × (radius)² × height
  • 3080 = 22/7 × (radius)² × 20
  • 3080/20 = 22/7 × (radius)²
  • 154 = 22/7 × (radius)²
  • 154 × 7 = 22 × (radius)²
  • 1078 = 22 × (radius)²
  • 1078/22 = (radius)²
