Answer:

Vol. of hemisphere = 2/3πr 3

=144π

r3=144πx3/2π = 216

r =3 v216=6cm

diameter = 6x2=12cm

r = 3V68.727=4.1cm

diameter=8.2cm

ANSWER...

FIRSTLY I MAKE SURE THAT IT IS HEMISPHERE NOT HALFCIRCLE....

volume \: of \: hemisphere =  \frac{2}{3} \pi {r}^{3}  \\  \\ acc \: to \: question \: volume = 144\pi \\  \\ from \: these \: information \\  \\  \frac{2}{3} \pi {r}^{3}  = 144\pi \\  \\  {r}^{3}  =  \frac{3 \times 144}{2}  \\  \\  {r}  =  \sqrt[3]{3 \times 72}  \\  \\ r =  \sqrt[3]{3 \times 3  \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3}  \\  \\ r = 3 \times 2 \\  \\ r = 6 \\  \\ multiply \: by \: 2 \: on \: both \: sides \\  \\ 2r = 12 \: units \\  \\ diameter = 12units

WE KNOW THAT THE DIAMETER IS TWICE OF RADIUS SO WE CALCULATE RADIUS FROM GIVEN DATA AND THAN MULTIPLY BY TWO AT LAST......
