Let the radius of one sphere be R cm and the radius of other sphere be (28-r)cm.
Volume of 1st sphere/Volume of 2nd sphere=27/64
4/3×π³÷4/3×πr³=27/64
R³/(28-r)=27/64
R/(28-r)=√27/√64
R=3cm
28-r=4cm
r=24cm
Volume of 1st sphere/Volume of 2nd sphere=27/64
