lambda = h/mv
y = h/mv. (I am denoting lambda as y)

L.H.S = y
[L]
R.H.S = h/mv
= [ML^2T^-1]/[M][LT^-1]
on cancelling M, T^-1 & L
We get
= [L]

hence L.H.S = R.H.S
