The distinction amongst climate and weather is a measure of time. Climate is the thing that states of the air are over a brief timeframe, and the weather is the way the environment "carries on" over moderately drawn out period of time.

So in this illustration, we are discussing by and large about the climate/atmosphere of Burma. We are not discussing a couple of days but rather by and large about Burma. So the right answer will be CLIMATE.

Climate is something permanent and characteristic of a particular day. As in the climate of Assam is of temperate type. But the weather is different in different seasons. Because weather is dependent on the seasons.

The climate/atmosphere of Burma is taken into consideration. So, if someone wants to stay there for a longer time then he/she will decide according to the climatic pattern of Burma. So, the correct answer is CLIMATE and not WEATHER.

Hope it helps!!!
