when stands on one foot pressure = force /area
let g=10m/s^2
force = 70×10=700
now
on one foot pressure = 700×100×100/30=700000/3 N/m^2 or 70/3 N/cm^2
pressure applied by both foot = 700/60 =70/6N/cm^2
