so,
diameter of wheels = 80 cm
therefore first we convert the values = 66km÷60minutes(in a hour)= 1.1 km in a minutes
then convert it in cm's for even comfortable
that is 1.1km×100000(1 km = 100000)= 110000cm
then we will multiply the 10min to 110000 cm to get it in easy and simple form that is 1100000
then we 1100000÷80 (for getting revolution answer)= 13750 (in 10 min)
