The white jaggery is sometimes salty to taste. Why?

Because sodium bisulphate is used in the manufacture of jaggery here sulphate liberates in the form of sulphur dioxide but the sodium salt remains constant .That\'s why in white jaggery due to the presence of sodium salts it tastes salty....... @if u agree....plz mark it in Brainlist
