length 0.4m = 40 cm
and 0.9m =90cm
so total area of dipper = 90*40
=3600 cm
and no of dipper will be made =29
so 29 * 3600=104400
and width of cloth is 145 cm
so 104400 /145
= 720 cm cloth required
