Given,

Width of a rectangle = 5cm

Diagonal = 13cm

length = 13²-5² = 169-25

 \sqrt{144}  = 12cm

As, we know that

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(12+5) = 2×17 = 34cm
