let the length be x

then according to question

2(x+2x/3)=180

2x+4x/3=180

6x/3+4x/3=180

10x/3=180

10x=540

x=54

therefore the length is 54 meters

breadth= 2*54/3=36 meter

therefore the dimensions are 54 meter and 36 meter
