When we change into passive voice sentence will become ‘’with great speed the wind was blown’’.
And in both given sentences meaning is same, only structure of the word changes that is in active voice subject, verb and objects get reversed when it change into passive voice. In the given sentence subject is ‘’the wind’’ is subject, ‘’blew’’ is verb and ‘’great speed’’ is object. When it changes into passive voice it gets reversed and subject become object.
