so perimeter = 4 ×side
                           = 11×4
                               =44cm

now this 44cm wire is bent into circle
so perimer of the circle is also 44

perimeter = π × 2×r
44 = 44/7×r
44×7/44 =r
r = 7

area = π × r²
   = 22/7 × 7²
         = 154 cm²
