Answer:

Enamel is the white part of tooth which contains calcium phosphate

Each tooth is divided into 3 parts, the tooth crown which is the part above the gum, the tooth neck which is the region surrounded by the gum and the tooth root which is the part embedded in the jaw bone.

Vertical section of a tooth:

Enamel(琺瑯質)- a hard and non-living layer covering the surface of the crown.  The major composition is calcium salts.

Dentine(象牙質)- the main part of the tooth consisting of inorganic bone-like substances of calcium salts but not as hard as enamel.

Pulp cavity(齒髓腔)- a cavity inside the dentine. It is filled with connective tissues, blood capillaries and nerves which branch out cytoplasmic strands into dentine supplying nutrients & O2 for the growth of tooth.

Cement(牙骨質)- a layer covering the dentine at the root region.

Periodontal membrane(牙周膜)- a thin membrane between the cement of the root and the jaw bone with flexible fibres for binding the neck and root regions of the tooth to the jaw bone.
