Given sentence:  (Indirect speech)

The woman begged the tourist to help her little child.

It is a imperative sentence and has the reporting verb 'begged'. It can be modified as 'Please'.

Also,  'her' can be changed into 'my'.

Direct speech:

The woman said to the tourist, "Help my little child, please!"

or

The woman said to the tourist, "Please help my little child".
