The work done to project a body with a certain velocity is W. What extra work done is required to be done to double it's velocity

In this work is done by virtue of motion so,

W=K.E.=mv^2/2

If velocity would be doubled then W=2^2=4 times....

SO 4 TIMES EXTRA WORK SHOULD BE DONE.........

W=K.E.=mv^2/2

 W=2^2=4 times
