THIS PROBLEM can be removed by conducting vestibule training program to enable the employee how to operate the hi-tech machines. Once they get trained they will stop burdening the supervisor.

**Vestibule training : It is an off the job training method. The trainee is taught  here the use of machinery and perform the required job. The trainee gets both theoretical (in a classroom) and practical knowledge(on the equipment) .
