Let r is a vector that makes angle theta with positive x axis. Now x = r cos theta = 4 root 3 and y = r sin theta = 4

Squaring and adding r squre ( cos sq theta + sin sq theta) = 48 + 16

r square = 64 which gives r = 8 and then 8 cos theta = 4 root 3 which gives cos theta = root 3/2

So theta = 30 degree
