area of circular path =Πr^2=616 and 22÷7 × r^2 =616 and r^2=196 and r=14.... Now, radius of outer circle = 14 +3.5= 17.5 then, circumference of outer circle= 2Πr = 2 ×(22÷7)×17.5=110 m then, then cost of fencing outer circle @ rupees 5 per metre= 110 ×5=550
