Theme of the chapter gender bias

Gender bias is not treating the women and men as same. Women are always ill-treated by all the people;

men are treating women like a toy.

The women were getting hurt without any reasons.

While hiring for jobs, the law is to hire based on the qualification not by the gender but in many places they didn’t follow this rule. This should be strictly changed.

gender bias is a state when both men and women arent aware of their expectations and exploit one another. currently  women are highly exploited by men .abused and violated in the name of male superiority. women are lacking the knowledge that they have the power, ability and will to be like men . in simplier terms gender bias is the in ability of men and women to live equally in harmony not fighting for gender rights but to be able take responsibility of everything equally
