Types of connective tissue
1 White fibrous tissue -. This type of tissue mainly contain collagen fibres. White fibrous tissue is found in areolar tissue, tendons, ligaments.
2. Reticular tissue - it has fibres of protein reticulin in its matrix . Reticulin fibres are branced they are not found in bundles
3. Yellow elastic tissue- it has a fibre of sclreoprotein called elastin
4 Areolar tissue - tissue is found beneath the skin and in between the organs.
