There are mainly two theorems in circles:
1. The line drawn from the center, say radius is always perpendicular to the tangents at the common point of contact.
2. The common external point joining the two tangents to the circle are equal.
Note: If the line joining the center of the circle drawn perpendicularly, then it bisects the chord.
